Work has been going great. Eric came in today and we really brought out his curls (which look great on him) and I also got a great referal. Remember the cute pixie cut I did on Angie? Well her friend came in today and we did a super cute diagonal forward with tons of texture. So much so that it scared me, but it looked great. Also Greg came by and let me do his hair the other day. So much fun catching up with him. Tomorrow Tony and Kristine come into town so were gonna have a great time exploring Columbia and looking for places to live.

amanda's wedding

Saturday morning and I'm tired. last night Mic and his girlfriend and I went out eat at Flatbranch. Had a GREAT time with them. Then I went home and fell asleep cause I'm a light weight, LOL. Woke up today and am doing this nice lady's hair (6N w/ 3g Dark Y/O and 1g Dark R/O). She's in Columbia for a month checking out the childrens hospital for her residency.

Joel leaves today for New York. He'll be gone till Wed. He's going to a Bjork concert with his friend Mike. That'll be a nice time for him. :)

Amanda's wedding is tonight. I'm very excited (free booze and food).

well i got my gym membership (actually im on a 1 week free pass THEN i buy my membership)... so far i really enjoy it. im learning all about eating more proteins and stuff like that. i hope to gain a 6 pack by the end of nov cause then ill go out and buy a pair of designer jeans :P kinda like a little reward for working out so hard...

dang it! I make people too blonde. I need to weave thinner or leave more natural out. Oh well. If making people too blonde is the least of my concerns then I'm doing pretty well, lol. Being at work at 9am is really tough when you're used to sleeping in till 11. Plus my 9am was a no show... grrrr... (ps. of you're not gonna make an apt, whether its hair, dentist, etc., call and cancel/reschedule). Then people done lose $$$. Aight enough ranting, lol. Back to work. :p

We get served bread and ontop of tke he bread is this take out box... it was placed infront of Amanda so she thought it was a gift from andy (he was going to be sending her a surprise sometime during the night)... so she opens it... and pulls out this half eaten chicken leg... we all laugh cause we though he sent her old food.... well the waitor rushed over, grabed the take out box said, "opps, this wasnt meant for you." then walks ovr to the table behind us and gives it to that old lady.... apparently amanda got her left over chicken by mistakw, LOL

post birthday wrap up

i had an AWESOME 24th BDay!!!!

joel and i went to chicago friday night. we arrived at tony's house around 10pm then immediately changed cloths and headed over to Roscoe's. there we danced, drank and met a really cool guy named victory. he kinda showed us around and gave us some good places to go out the following night. after the club we went home and crashed (except for tony's damned coo coo clock)...

saturday morning we woke up and tony treated us to FREE SWEDISH MASSAGES! that was the first time ive ever gotten a real massage. it was amazing. the lady who did mine was russian so that added to the whole experience. after the massages tony toured us around and showed us his elementary and where his family lives. then we went to Nino's Pizza for some "real" chicago pizza. it was aight...... they didnt even have pepper jack cheese though!!! however, they put whole green olives on their pizza so i was impressed... following that we took the train thing downtown to the art museum and got to see TONS of cool paintings and artifacts. all the whole time, we were like, "you think this plate amour adds resilience? how bout this ring? what kind of stats does it have?" god, we're so dorky... but we closed the museum so that was fun... then we went home and took a nap...

after i awoke from my nap i realized that kirstine was there cooking us some AMAZING chicken!!! after the wonderful dinner we rode out to boys town again and went to Spin. we ran into victory again and met his friend nathan. they were a ton of fun. we kinda talked politics, but you know... whatever, it was fun.... the bar was kinda cool cause it had the music that i LOVE plus it all played to videos... from there we went home and crashed once again...

we woke up sunday morning, went out to eat at a local diner (dont get their chicken... was not impressed) then packed up and went home... all in all it was an AMAZING trip thanks to tony and kristine!!!! thank yall SOOOOO MUCH for an unforgetable 24th bday

((Oh.... and guess what joel got me for my bday?????? an IPHONE! i know! it so amazing and everyone HAS to go get one now... youll never know how you lived without it))

my name is will, and im turning 24 tomorrow (/cheer)...
i work as a hair stylist...
i heart eating, computers, working, flirting and being ornery...

today i had to open the salon at 8am (zomg so early), but im getting off at noon. at 1 joel (my bf, the one on the right) and i are leaving for chicago for a weekend of fun and debauchery. starting the weekend off at roscoe's (my new fav chicago bar).

this past week has been really fun. yesterday i cut/highlighted katie da's hair and had so much fun! we just chatted the world away and caught up on everything new and old in our lives. last week suzie came by for a highlight and cut as well... we also had a wonderful time chit chatting; god i hadnt seen her in 2 almost 3 years! thanks to greg for getting my name out btw (heart ya)... kk, back to work. stay tuned...
