i was working drivethru today at SBs and a guy pulled up to the window. he had a sly smerk on his face and was giving me the goofiest grin. i was trying to find out what he was being awkward about, i look down and HE WASNT WEARING ANY PANTS! he had to sweatshirt TRYING to cover his... business... and it wasnt doing a god job! i was so embarrased i turned red and couldnt talk. then the next customer came up and i was laughing so hard i was crying. she asked what was up and i told her the guy ahead was NEKKED! AHHHHHHHHHH.... he was a couple days off from NO PANTS DAY!!!

You read it correctly. I was ATTACKED! Here's a lil prestory...

Sunday I work at SBs from 11am till 4pm. I woke up 20 min till cause I had a night on the town the night before. Inorder to fight that night of fun, I decide to drink 1 redbull and a total of 8 espresso shots throught the shift. Needless to say I was tweeking out. After work I go to DQ to get lunch/dinner. I wait in drive through 30 minutes, get my food, go home, and find out its the wrong order and its WAY undercooked. When I get home Kelly is FLIPPING out. Which if you know her, isn't too unusal, but there was something different about this one. So I follow her upstairs. Then all of a sudden a giant pteridactil flys over my head into the computer room. Now Kelly and I are both flipping out. I immediatly call my parents, shrieking the entire time, and they tell me to lick myself in the room and open a window...... Riiiiiight. So I grab the laundry basket, put it on my head and go in. It immediatly starts flying around, cawing, attacking my laundry basket helmet, while I'm screaming bloody murder.

I was screaming so loud and for so long I hurt my neck. Seriously. My military training kicks in and I low crawl to the window, open it and swat the bird to freedom. I then collapse on the floor and eventually pass out from the exhaustion.

idk if i mentioned that i went to an eyelash extension class the other weekend. it was a lot of fun. went to KC and spent some dough at the plaza... bought 2 pairs of shoes, 2 pants and a top. ive gotten a few sets done (i have to do 10, plus take before and after pics before i can get certified, ie. free extensions for my gf's)... the sets look AMAZING! like seriously like these pics below. granted hers are really long, but they do end up looking thick and full...

you put on each lash individually and the glue is permanent. so as long as your eye lash is on your lid, that fake lash will be there (the life CYCLE of a lash is 6-8 weeks). so that means they fall out at random times, thus look really natural.




today at SB i learned how to pour coffee, clean and make tea ^_^








kim is going to show me a step by step way she does bobs. i feel like i know all the info, i just need someone to give me a "start here, then do this, then finish by doing this..." instead of my "OMG I KNOW HOW ITLL END UP BUT IM DOING THINGS RANDOMLY!" so basically giving me some structure...

1st Day At SB

Well today was my first day at Starbucks! Like Monday I had the interview then Tuesday was my first day!!! lol... it was a lot of fun. I just filled our paperwork then got a tour. Then I talked to the manager about SB's vision and mission statement and why they're such a good company (which they are). The benefits are wonderful and I get a pound of coffee a week!!!

They also gave me 2 little passports, 1 of all SB's coffees and 1 of their teas, and I have to try everyone within a 90 day period! Plus I have to write a lil bio about each one, and I get to taste all the goodies. Im gonna gain like 15 lbs!!! >_<

But Im so tired, so Im gonna go to bed. Nighty...

thats right... i applied at Starbucks. ive got 2 ins... a shift manager and a girl i know form high school. so i hope i get it. ^_^

week ahead

Today I am doing hair for a photo shoot! Inside Columbia is doing a spread in the NEW Missouri Theater. Which means I get to see what itll look like before the general public does! *i know youre jealous*

then saturday kim and i are leaving to go to KC to do some shopping on the plaza then we're going to the eye lash extension class! so i need 20 volunteers of people who'd like to get FREE lash extensions! any takers?!
