workout plan



i went to the store to get my pilates but they didnt have the one i wanted, so i got some random one. its pretty nice, although i have no idea what to compare it to. my muscles were a tiny bit sore, but i kinda liked all the stretching. ive never been very flexible, so maybe this will help.

my plan is to workout everyday. plan on doing it in the morning before work, or afterwork if i need to get up early. i also need to run somewhere in that time. its just so cold outside i hate it. i hate layering up and running where the snot freezes to my face. hate hate hate. if theres anything i hate the most in my life its cold weather. so idk what i should do about that. i could pay $35 a month to go to the YMCA, but i feel like thats a lot to just use he treedmills. 

ill try and post a before shot of this years working out and do a few random progressive shots. ^_^
